LYNN FOSTER

Lynn Foster was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. He is a graduate of Clements High School with an undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 1989.

Lynn received his legal education from South Texas College of Law (J.D. 1996).  He was trained as a mediator while attending South Texas.  Lynn was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 1996.  He is a member of the Fort Bend County Bar Association, Fort Bend Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.

Lynn Foster has been happily married for over 15 years.  He is the proud father of four daughters.  When not practicing law he can be found at the soccer fields, volleyball courts, cross country meets and various other venues.  Many of these activities he has been the coach for his daughters teams.  He and his family are very active in the Catholic Church.  Lynn serves as a Lector, his wife devotes much of her time as a volunteer Director of Religious Education and his daughters also serve as Altar Servers.  He is charter member of the local Knights of Columbus were he served as financial secretary from 1999-2001.

When not busy with the family and church, Lynn enjoys fishing, hunting or just hanging in the backyard cooking on the grill.
